Mizuho Nishikubo's new animated feature film, Giovanni's Island is part of the official selection at the 18th Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival (PiFan 2014), to be held in Puchon, Republic of Korea, from July 17 to 27, 2014. The screening at PiFan marks the movie's Korean premiere.

Started in 1997, PiFan is currently Asia's major genre film festival, with a special focus on animation since its inception. Giovanni's Island is screening in Ani Fanta, a section described as an infinite space for imagination that is impossible to realize in live action.
