The end comes.
A riot orchestrated by mysterious robots brings restlessness to Mabase. Despite the dark feeling of the approaching apocalypse, people like Naota are leading usual everyday lives. When Haruko, who had been lost, returns, a hardened Naota finally begins to loosen up. Events unravel quickly and Haruko's secret is revealed. And then a super guy named the King descends on the town.
