Keiichi Hara's new feature film, Miss Hokusai will be presented in the Work-in-Progress (WIP) section of Annecy Film Festival 2014. The conference will introduce the fascinating character of O-Ei, master Hokusai's highly talented yet almost unknown third daughter, and the technical challenges the staff has taken in the rendition of 1814 Japan's landscape and customs.
